Lecithin (Helianthus annuus-Seed): 100 mg
Resveratrol (Trans-Resveratrol) (Reynoutria japonica-Root): 200 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, vegetable stearate.

Recommended Dose
Adults: Take two capsules per day, in divided doses with food/ meals, or as directed by your health care practitioner.
